I play an oldest version. Restarting the game is it mandatory?
Maybe not, if you like it easy and the game isn't giving problems. Though you will miss out on changes like combat, balanced out exp, gold, the biggest changes were the Talent skills, like 1 Perception and finding stuff on ground gives a bonus and raises it without you having to spend points, The old version didn't do that you have to spend the points manually.

Your choice.

Depends on how long ago you last played, if you remember what's going on, and how old the version is you were playing.
My personal choice, is to restart new game anytime a game reaches a major update. v0.4 v0.5 v0.6 etc.
But truthfully, compare the changelog between the version you were playing and the current one and decide for yourself if new game is required or not.

Is there an update file for 0.5.9.7>0.6.0.0a?
I don’t want to grab the entire file. Installing the entire file is weird.

Having Tia as party leader is a hassle. Im mining and seeing Tia's stamina.
Having to open the menu to see how much I have left.
Combat has her at the top. It is confusing.
Bugfix is desperately needed !

Does anyone know at what forging level is the MC able to purify the tainted blade?

Also Chyos found a bug related to the anvil on the dwarves settlement when using the back button
(And another one where bianca follows you inside gwen/Isha house)
when I did it my forging was around 55. That should be the level you need to fix the tainted dawnbreaker

decided to start a brand new game i dont see any mention about incest unless i missed something somewhere
i know the game use to have incest so how about now?
Just read the past few pages.

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
The problem is that some information has been removed from the home page. Let me clarify that a fetish or + has been removed (I won't say which one, for the protection of the game and the developer). Because unfortunately there are spies who do not tolerate fetishes that they do not like. So they go and report those fetishes to patreon knowing that they are not well accepted there. It is really a sad thing, but precisely because of this, there are some users, who want to assert their opinion more than others. Just like the fetish we have been discussing for a couple of days. Since they do not like it, they deliberately say that it is not canonical or that do not exist in the game. When the game becomes canonical based on what the user likes. The developer is creating an RPG, giving us choices. And making us choose what is canonical in our games. He is definitely doing a great job.

But try to make it clear to some users who do not tolerate those fetishes and who wish they did not exist.

Hi Chyos.
I don't know if you'll read this comment, but I'll try anyway. I don't even know if it's possible in the game, since I might not have gotten to the point where i can unlock such things yet. I tried searching the forum, but I didn't find much about it.
I was wondering if it was possible to add the option to add slots to weapons to crafting. I know that by creating a weapon, you have a certain chance of unlocking the weapon with more slots. So by saving before creating, you can avoid losing material.

But there are some special weapons, armor or accessories, resulting from events or found in the game, that you can no longer access or get again, in the hope of having it with more slots. So I was wondering, if it was possible to add the option to add slots to crafting. I'll give you several examples. Marcus' dagger, some rings, the equipment that you get from Easter egg or Christmas, Halloween and so on. They are unique objects that once obtained, you can't get again. And so you are left with 0/1/2 (2 would be the maximum if I'm not mistaken) slots.
Since I restart the game from scratch every now and then, getting them again with the maximum number of slots is really frustrating. So is it possible for you to include the choice of adding slots in the crafting?

Thank you

Yes. You only need to transfer your save folder from your old installation to the new one.

Thank you (I only had enough to raise to 50 at that point).

It depends, because if the save is from a version that is too old, you may encounter invalidating bugs. I don't remember from which version you can use old saves. I constantly update the saves, every time a new version comes out. So I can be sure that the save will not have future problems. However, I remember there was a warning that the saves from a certain version, would have problems, if ported from such an old version to a new one. If someone can confirm what I say, it would certainly be better.

0.3.9.5 was the last time a save has been broken (you can see a note about it in the op under "Developer Notes").
Unless Chyos decides to somehow revamp old content/plot or find bugs that in order to fix will also force them to change variables crucial to questlines it's unlikely we'll see broken saves in the future.

how do I find the werewolf ?
There are a couple different encounters with Werewolf. You did not provide information about which encounter you are seeking. The Walkthrough guide references them very well. But in brief, off the top of my brain, 1st should be after a few games of hide and seek with Arianna provided you have completed the rabbit foot quest for Corvus. Next afterwards is optional in the old church catacombs when you are rescuing Arianna from the Cult and trying to flee. Additional encounters are possible if you did not kill the werewolf yet.

1. You have your first encounter with the werewolf during the Arianna storyline. She is the first Li you meet after the intro.
2. 7 days after your first meeting, go to the Darkwood, north of Arenfield. She surprises you again and disappears into the undergrowth.
4. Meet her deeper in the woods, at the Forest Ruins. Play hide & seek with her on 3 consecutive days.
4. The third time she will be attacked: It's the werewolf.
