I solved this problem the same way as you, after throwing Bianca, Liandra could approach the group, a dialogue started and the mission could be continued.

I had the same problem as you. In addition, there was a situation when I was in Rumah and I couldn't see my character and I was moving blindly. Only by miraculously leaving the village did the main character appear.

I actually only know a few games that cater to this fetish: This one, A Peasant's quest, Simple Days, Summertime Sage (in the past). And a few more where there are at least pregnancy endings. I'm one of those people who like him. However, That's definitely a nice thing when Eta's heart and soul and love for detail is invested in it.
I would like the developer to do a little more with it. For example, more unique Lews scenes and quests that only exist during pregnancy. The babies that live in Emily's orphanage could also look a little more appealing. At the moment they all look the same, and ugly too. So far this feature is still very much in its infancy.
I don't know the number but it gives you fairy armor, boots, gloves, helm, and a bow. I don't know if theirs anything else because it seems like a time period thing.

So i built the fence for the mill and bandits are trapped in it, but i need to clear them out to get penny there, any way to deal this or did i softlock her quest?
That's interesting that they are stacking individually. I don't think mine were.
At any rate, I was able to sell them to the general store.

Dunno it just told me to remove the rocks and it kept giving me upgrade options- Thought i might as well save some time while the carpenter fixes the mill.
So Bianca disappeared from my game. I fought Tia's dad to save Katherin when bianca appeared in my party even though I hadn't recruited her yet and afterwards she just disappeared completely. She isn't at home with her mom and isn't on my party so I'm currently soft-locked from her quests, would anyone here be so kind as to provide a solution or am I just screwed, and not even in the fun way

Bianca is supposed to appear/disappear while you are doing her quest. Once you finish her quest she should join you permanently.

Interesting that they stack for you... Maybe it is due to me using a very very old save that I keep on importing from version to version?
I tried selling them to the general store and the game crashed the moment I sold one. doing some testing, I was able to get rid of them by using using RPGM save editor to delete the stack then delete the individual "unique" items in inventory.
So yea, I just had a messed up save, I think it is fixed now. thank you.
