I understood you start to pay your men after you first asign them to guard Arenfield.
In the Interface in Leader's Tent's, in the lower right corner, it is indicated how much money you have in the chest, how much you must pay your men and how many days are left to deposit the money in the chest.

And you only will know that you have to put money in the camp tent treasury only after you return there after recruitment.
Normally hint about money in the tresuary should be before start recruitment and not after.
Because this way i can't even put them in Arenfield there is need for 4 Mercs and i lost 2 alredy before entering camp.

What it is strange is that 2 of your men defected that quickly. Their moral shouldn't lower that fast from the starting number even if you didn't put money in the chest.
The only possibility I can think of is if the MC used Soulsteal in the ones that ran away and later the spell wear off. But again, that shouldn't happen that fast.
Maybe it is a bug.

Does Tia need to be at certain corruption level?Tia drums: You need to have a party in the merc's camp. Just finish the party and then it should trigger the dialog when they sit around the campfire. The you can go back to Rumah and let Umin build the drums.
If the dialog doesn't happen, you either haven't progressed far enough or let Tia go to tent with Dwain. So make sure Tia stays at the campfire.

I have been working on a Playthrough Guide for the last months, and I finally finished it. The idea was to "optimize" the game and finish it in less than 6 in-game months. I did not manage, but almost.
After finishing it, I realized that Chyos has changed the order of some things, so maybe for V0.7 I will re-organize it, so that for example Melissa's quest is done earlier so that the Ebonite is available earlier.
Please send me any feedback/suggestions/comments that you have. Also let me know if there is any scene that I missed besides the October and December events.
