That Sam event was where full actual sex could & should have taken place. Instead Sam apparently became impotent, which even by the standards of AWAM was just weird but at the same time he developed artistic knowledge & drawing ability that may, in time, rank him amongst the greatest of polymaths. He's truly a "renaissance man," which fact also happened to ruin his character for me, having previously gone with Sam as my 'teen of choice,' teens being the only people that matter within the game.

Another teenager Nathalie, (though this time having reached adulthood at 19), provided an erotic interlude but her story was shelved for a minimum of 12 years. I would put money, (if I was still a gambling man), on there being no other author alive today, (or in the history of the world), who creates stories where the distance between sequential events span more than a decade. This is of particular concern when the story is supposed to be erotic, where a gradual build-up to a 'climactic' outcome is most often essential to achieve real eroticism.

After playing AWAM for around the first 5 years, I've come to the conclusion that L&P's story-telling method is unique but not in a good way.
We need that Nathalie follow up scene ASAP!

I would be interested to hear the thoughts of a new player (If there are any) who has been able to play from the beginning and work through 8 years of L&P's story to the present day with all the changes that has occurred in one or two sittings... Your comment (fishbrain) around these characters who I barley remember, and yes they will be upgraded we know (We have seen this time and time again) as also with the changes to the core characters such as Sophia, Dylan, Ellie and Sam who are so different to the originals it appears that they have aged along with the game, even though only a few weeks have passed in San Alejo.. It seems to me that the Devs striving for realism is lost in the lack of consistency with the appearance of the characters... I can completely understand, as I have gone through this journey as well with my own work, that with experience and equipment that more superior artwork can be produced, but consistency along the story has to outweigh surely the changes that have occurred along the way... Just my two cents but... and I'm not criticising the dev as yes, I completely acknowledge that he is a skilled 3d artist... I only question the choices in changes to the artwork (for me my main focus) that along the way is so detrimental to the canon of the story, and is pivotal to bringing the fans back update after update... My view is the story has ceased to be a coherent and seamless tale and is now a disconnected number of updates that are unrelated to the previous, and thus the lack of consistency within the story telling has led to the detriment in the works, that at its heart was the core of this game....
Aging characters in the game isn't merely a choice but a necessity to align with the guidelines of various platforms.
