good chance its a false positive but if you are worried about it report it to a staff member or a moderator

Most likely a false positive, i have downloaded a previous version of this game before and there were no problems.

Make sure your Windows is up-to-date. I had the same false positive until I updated mine.

Unable to find VL Gothic font
it looks to me as if these DL links are missing a lot of the files to them all that is in the folder for win i un zip it is

For some weird reason, Windows Defender commonly flags RPG maker games as false positives. I think it's just because it sees an .exe file, doesn't know what it is, and immediately makes the logical leap that it could potentially be a virus and therefore must be flagged.

There are a lot of monster scenes and I guess whoever manages the tags for the game considers that some of them verge on bestiality. If you're specifically looking for bestiality you may or may not be happy with the content in the game. If you're looking to AVOID bestiality I would say it's probably a safe bet.
All of the content in the game is optional, for one thing. It's a complete sandbox where you can play any scene or ignore any scene you don't like. Secondly, I don't personally consider many (or any?) of the scenes to be bestiality, although I guess the closest would be some of the werewolf like monsters, I suppose.
