Looks like a transhumanists wet dream.. Interesting.. I have seen some checkpoints etc with this kind of theme.
Horror, zombies, xenomorphs and cyborgs etc. Not my own taste but if you're into that stuff I bet you could do a lot of interesting creations with those.
