There is no "Free Mode" it's a sandbox game which ends if you reach the housing island with a boat. So if you see a boat on the pier, you seem to be in the “end-game” already. Transfer your girls from the housing island to the other island and back,
The error says: File not found on "sideload.betterrepack.com" <- an url. Maybe you have some internet problem, just try again or browse it manually:
there's posts both here and on the wiki that talk about a free mode that you can enable on a new game that seems to have all areas unlocked at the beginning with missions disabled.
My bad, didn't play the game for ages just fiddling with the studio now and then.
If you have BR15, you basicly allready have the best mods needed. Some might not be in your mods folder, since they are optional. Check [OPTIONAL] Mods if you want some of those.
unless i don't understand how to enable free mode then no it doesn't work. When i start a new game on a new save slot i can name the world, choose the first girl and then my character, i don't get a prompt to enable free mode. The 100% save in the optional folder/the one you shared here are from 2019 so I'm assuming that may be an issue?

That seems to have worked, thanks. Not sure if it worked because the saves were newer or because you included all files in the save folder and not just the save.ila file but i can enable free mode now when starting up a new game.
Since it's not online, there is no lag. You might have to adjust graphic settings to getter more FPS. Also in MainGameOptomization you can control the clipping (make items disapear and a certain distance)

In addition what Herbmetaru said, keep in mind the more girls you add the more lagging you will get.
I had gone on the saves and tried things like collecting one item then saving, going to the island and building a room with a bed then sleeping into a new day then saving but none of that worked. i didnt try to delete the save after loading it once though but it would be weird to unlock a newgame+ type of mode by deleting the original save you had completed the game on. Thanks for trying to help though i appreciate it.
With standard shader, you'll need an overlay(or underlay in theis case) or something similar. You can use Hanmens Shader for body and face, they have veins included.
