Is there a way to zoom in and out during POV in Hscene like koikatsu pov plugin or it is just this way in AI/HS2?

By the 4000 series yes but calling a RTX 4060 low end in general is disingenuous, The jokes write themselves i was spot on what kind of person you are.Your 4060 is a low end card as its literally the low end of the 4000 series bro. Gtx 1660 and 2060 are 6 years outdated low end cards and im sure they run this game even worse than your shitty low end card.
i will say anything under 120 fps gives me absolute cancer and to write poopoo like this tells me you never gamed at anything above 60fps kek. Yes you can see the difference between 60 fps and 120 fps the higher the fps the less smudges and smearing youll see. Fast movements looking blurry on low fps look way sharper on higher refresh rates. And theres a distinct choppyness to 60fps not as bad as 30fps but its still there. Also you not only see the difference you can also feel the mouse latency which is tied to your refresh rate.
So do me a favour and stop complaining about optimization as you clearly love the slideshow-peasant-experience.
And your vocabulary is that of a 14 year old and you've most likely been an entitled brat all your life by the way you speak to people just saying.

The modpack is just that, It's not that hard to find mods for this game anyways so i would just pick the standard version especially if you are hurting for space... That is just my two cents.

So far I´ve learned the Sideloader Modpack is a collection of mods shared for free from their authors.
I guess ScrewThisNoise is also directly in contact with most modders and may get newer mod versions earlier than public release.
Therefore it´s recommended to regularly run "update" to get the newest mods or versions.
You don´t need to have all these mods, but most downloadable character cards are created more or less with BetterRepack, so you risk "missing mod messages" and not correctly loading cards.

Looks like you´re talking about the full version including the "Optional Sideloader Modpack Studio" - this is a modpack exclusively for use in StudioNEO and NOT for the game.
Game download is actually 51.2GB (BR R15) - if you download via torrent (recommended) you can deactivate the Modpack Studio (146GB) before starting the download.
For the extracted game you should have minimum 100GB free space, better 150GB (depending on your extra downloaded cards and housings).
And don´t forget the most size is due to the tons of mods from private modders including high res textures without any compression like usual in AAA games.

All? Or just characters imported from HS2? I had this after I used a character made in HS2. It was caused by a face mod.

Can you share one of the affected cards here? So we can check, if it's the card or your game setup causing this
Interestingly as i changed the Male Character the bug disappeared. I attached the Card of the Male where the Bug appeared
What should i do after i am done downloading all these files ?. Should I zip into a folder and then extract it ?

Almost - but not unzip first, then start the 001 file to extract, the others should follow automatically.

Tried that already but i am unable to as i keep getting a message saying that the file is corrupt

I hope you used 7-Zip to extract, WINRar doesn´t work properly with these files.
Anyway "corrupted files" is the main problem if downloading splitted files - AI R15 are 15 single files, so you have the chance 15 times to get a download failure.
You have to figure out which part is corrupted and download this one again.
Or - that´s the reason why it´s heavily recommended to use torrent download - the big single .7z file is also by far easier to extract/install.
