AFTER the tutorial section, check the clock in your house. Talk to shadow man INSIDE THE GALLERY to unlock everything. You NEED to do the tutorial (like 3-5 mins skipping through cutscenes) to do it. No need for a Save.
A few versions ago I had combined the DLCs with the base game so I can see the scenes within normal game play.
I did also finagled some of the code to remove route locks, Also removed the automatic "Next Week" skips from certain routes such as the Garcia ones, and made it so I can trigger it manually or Within a set days based on the Skip card.
I also implemented a means to "replay" scenes again. Think of it as more a repeatable version of the original scenes. I was in the process of making a randomized dialogue system for these repeatable ones based on stats (Might act more horny or less horny etc.) to keep it fresh. However Life had other plans and I stopped.
Not sure if there's an easy way to make "mods" for RPG maker games without overwritting. Either way, with some trial and error anyone who wants to try and "improve" the game can do so.
Honestly the biggest hurdle was writing all the potential dialouge, renaming some of the CGI to other names and also finding/making surethe right images are being called for the changed ones.
Edit : It's also one reason why I prefer RPG maker over the Renpy one, For me it's easier to "mod" or change some thing to my liking in RPGmaker. Renpy feels like it's a too much.

You don't need one. As soon as you have any control and can move about the world through the menu options, the option to 'Go Downstairs' leads you to 4 options, one of them been 'Reminisce'. That's the Scene Replay gallery. Enter that, click on the 'Help' button, and select 'Unlock All CG's' and you're good to go.

Correct? There isn't one. It's a 'choose your own adventure' erotic RPG. If you want help or a walkthrough for a particular route, they exist. But there is no singular 'correct' path.
Content wise, the RPGmaker and Ren'Py versions are largely identical; so there is no 'correct order' between the two of them. However the extra (and separate) Shota/Beastly DLC content for the RPGmaker version doesn't appear to be in the Ren'Py version.

Both are the same..., it's depend all to you how do you want to play.
For me, RPGM have "something" that make the game better, even if RPGM dosent let me play with only one hand, still i think it give you one more inmerse experience in the history. Renpy, at least for me, is more like one quickly look in the scene and pass, give you one momentarily fap and continue with your life.
All the games that i remember and have a big place in my memori are RPGM.

i DL the compressed ren'py version but most scenes are either zoom or black screen , is this compressed issue or engine?
