1. Yes the new version of the game 1.11.0.7.
2. Not sure about dialog yet but there is an icon next to the child's name that show she is MC's daughter.
3. Nope, no patch needed.
4. Yes some are and some are not, they are working on finding uncensored CG's for the game and replace them as they find them.

Extra, nope.
It has B/S, F/D and M/S content but with the way the drugs are I would bet that there will also be F/S pregnancy.
MC and make a baby with D and then age up that baby to 14 I think is the lowest age for pregnancy and get that child pregnant so it would be F, GF/D, GD if you really want to go that far.
Have not played it where the sister can have a boyfriend because is she did I think she can get pregnant with the boyfriend so there may even be U/N content or A/N.
I'm to stingy and keep all the females for MC.

ADD: Going to add that B/B can be in if your into that with the male pregnancy drug.

I have, but they're all pretty bare bones. Carnalitas doesn't do all that much except increase your stress constantly and add dick and boob traits, CBO just adds nudity, Intimate Encounters and Family Romance are both out of date and only add a very small handful of events, the animations are fun but often broken, and then the other mods are all aimed at pretty specific extreme fetishes (yes, I realize the irony of that statement considering I'm on an inbreeding fetish forum) that I'm not interested in. Ideally, there would be a mod that adds a bunch of new events and flavor for lovers or spouses that can reference your familial relationship. I'm still upset that the Love & Lust event pack lost out to Wards and Wardens which turned out to be pretty useless. Honestly, fetish or no, that's my problem with most of CK3 right now. I love it, I have over 1000 hours in it, but a lot of it is an inch deep and a mile wide.

Absolutely. Congenital traits is probably the only thing really useful (in the breeding / eugenics aspect and as a general way to personalize the characters). The events are rare and pretty straightforward, the sex animations don't quite fit the genre at all imo etc.

Totally agree. So far my imagination has been doing a far better job roleplaying than all the mods and packs combined lol.

Being a software engineer, I thought about making my own CK3 mod quite a few times.
It'd probably focus at more detailed body & personality traits and the more sophisticated kinks & fetishes system as the first step, and then adding a number of extra events utilizing the new system, so that it either brings a greater variety to the seduce & romance schemes, or may be even reworks and replaces them completely with something new.
However, two things have been always stopping me: one is the sheer amount of (at least a half-decent) English writing required for the events, and the other is the limited impact of such a mod in the general game context. Like, whatever amount of effort you invest, it will be still a CK3-framed game and it won't magically become a freaking George Martin's novel lol.

May as well replace CK3 with Paradox at this point.

What Paradox needs right now is some real competition. Right now, they're the only company that does Grand Strategy to the scale of HoI, Stellaris, CK, etc. And that lack of competition is causing some massive drop in development standards. Which is becoming an endemic problem in all of gaming.
