And now I take it as a hobby to improve my pixel art drawing and animation.
Hopefully I can get the beta out before the end of the year but life is hard

And seriously, other devs should learn from this attitude: any rational, decent person has no problems with a dev just taking time for themselves or just moving slowly on game production because life is hard (and boy does it keep getting harder), just so long as you're honest and upfront about it. There are way too many shitbags who intentionally slowroll development to milk the 10IQ mouthbreathers who somehow have infinite money on Patreon; if that's how they wanna make their cash more power to them, but you can't expect both respect AND money to come for free.
The pixel art for this project (game) is excellent, and although there's no content to speak of yet, I'm very interested in its overall look, so I'll be following its development closely, hoping sincerely that it won't be abandoned in the middle of the road.

I've finally found a stable job now so I'm less stressed by personal problems in my daily life, and I'm going to have a vacation days this month, but I'm going to visit my family lives now that I can afford it without problems.

idk wtf i need to do next, every thing which I touch says "work in progress". all I can do is chat in the locker room with Cleo and turn on laptop in utility (?) room, MC apartment, GYM and so on doesn't work, I collected all the items but it's not clear where to go next. is the game very raw or am I missing something?

Honestly, even if as some say, the "game" is not abandoned, I have rarely seen developers not give any news for several months, and honestly a simple hello from him from time to time would be enough to motivate me, not to mention that there is no post on his Twitter account that refers to his game, so Usually when you create a game you regularly keep the fans informed with a minimum of information, of course I can understand that a game is not made in one or two days, but without anything to get your teeth into, the wait becomes frustrating instead of making you want to play the game. For my part, the biggest problem in itself is not the lack of content because with each update we know what to expect, but when it comes to the lack of information, it becomes problematic because you don't know if you are not wasting your time waiting for something that may never happen.
