Save files are platform specific because it checks some stuff related to your hardware ID. You can use the cheats to quickly grab cards and stuff, though.

just "-angelica-" and you can enter it, i entered it while playing the game, not in main menu, you'll teleport to it

you spawn enemies to fight
you can also spawn turrets but they are single use
for some reason the enemy cannot attack you
