Ok, dunno who did the incest patch for 0.9 but it was shitty.

Several sections Nancy is still preferred as the landlady or just Nancy.

This patch is worse than 0.8.

Once you've explored all f-hexes, it should unlock (at the start of the following week). Maybe wait until Monday? Let me know if it works.
