Last time i played there were options that says not implemented yet,did they get a fix? I mean this is a completed game

A couple of non-essential scenes (Amy in the workshop or the locker in the showers) have not been implemented and never will.

how in-game do I see active/completed quests?
is it keyboard button or someway to see it elsewhere in game like at a computer terminal?

THere is no quest screen in this game I'm afraid.

you got harem mod to have em all , worked fine for me with few glitches which are probably fixed by now

Lena date can only be obtained via nightwatch duty achievements.
After the MC manages to shoot three coyotes, she will be convinced to date the MC.

Did you do the dates for them? This is in the code:

for Barbara
"I think it's time now for you to join my harem teach..." if lustba >= 4 and haremba == False and barbaraharem == False and girlsinharem <= 5 and barbaradatedone:
meaning, lust >= 4, not in the harem, 5 or less other girls in the harem, and date done

for Gwen
"I think the time is ripe for you to join my harem." if lustgw >= 4 and haremgw == False and gwenharem == False and girlsinharem <= 5 and gwendatedone:
meaning, lust >= 4, not in the harem, 5 or less other girls in the harem, and date done

so no further requirements like for some other girls.

If you mean Donald Trumpf, no, theses are photos of him. I did Melania myself, and as for Ivanka, I used a model made by an asset creator who clearly went for her even if he didn't name her as such (obviously, changed her "body proportions" a bit, ahem...)
