Did you download the hints guide at all? It should be pretty useful for exploring all the new available areas in the outside world now, which is the main focus of this update. It took me hours to write for your information...
Here's the pic with the stone (right hand side of the screen, highlighted near the bottom of the pillar).
In you don't have it in your screen, it might be because you're playing from an old save. A new variable had to be introduced to establish whether you didn't buy Zara or not, it's called zaralost. Open the console (shift+o), type zaralost and the answer should be True. What do you get?

It works better if you use it together with the Hints guide. Both have their uses.

Most of the girls you can ask back after they leave the harem (either due to neglect or lack of money to support them). But not Zara as she has no dialogue outside of the oasis. Thus no chance to ask her. The dev has stated that he will fix that. Maybe in v0.4.1?

I haven't played v0.4 yet so no feedback there.
Curious though about the stripclub music, but couldn't place it. Found it the lazy way with a song identification service...
but I won't spoil it.

2) I don't think I actually got the "Medal of Complicity" but I vaguely remember something about being worthy or qualified to get it. Does that sound right?
3) I DID NOT notice who's on the $5 banknote.
4) Stripclub music is from the original Star Wars cantina...brilliant!
5) Yes I did catch Covid-19 and all I can say is God bless (again) Nurse Rachel. She was, is, and always will be a front line hero in my book.
