Go to the sanctuary, the shop is one of the options. If you don't have the option to go to the sanctuary you need to complete other parts of the game and it will become available in time.

Getting a lot of errors with trying to install packs. And now I hear that there is a new format for packs. Not sure why it's so much more difficult than before. My old version could be modded just fine.

Is there a tutorial for the new way so I don't have to worry about reading anything out of date? I'm trying to add Smokrader's packs and the Extended Decker pack.
