As far as I know you just needed to ask Alice....dunno if you have to built the playroom but I think not.
It's a bug: When asking Alice for a dildo the game skips checking whether you actually have a Playroom built and the foxgirls recruited and just plays the scene, i think it's planned to get fixed within the next update or two.
you can just type in cheats in the search bar of the game's thread, first page of results by girdeyordo

In the game's Discord site, someone reported a bug with the game's code when it came to card rewards not coded properly. I guess they opened up the code and looked at it and was able to tell it wasn't coded correctly to perform the action that Victorius thought it would when originally coded so Victorius corrected the code upon looking into the issue himself and indicated this would be corrected in version 0.3.1d. This was back on Oct. 28th.
