You can make enough money at the Casino on day 14 to buy the Borsk.

A walkthrough can be acquired through becoming a patron to the developer, though most/almost any issue you encounter can be answered just by using the search function of the forums here. In terms of love/lust, I'd recommend doing mostly one on playthrough, doing mostly another on another playthrough, then mixing and matching and seeing just what you want. The game's getting pretty big now so maybe just stop and switch to the other one when you get bored with one route. That way you can see what you want to see most.
