couldnt find "egyptian" girls where are they?

Make sure you have upgraded (luxury) car wash. "Egyptian" girls will, appear after some time, I think it is random event so you need to wait. Just make sure to send your girls to work in car wash.

Assuming you meant 1.5, okay downloaded that placed it into my game directory.

I started the game and I have no clue how to call it up? Is there some way I'm supposed to activate it?

so zap resets your food and car battery and JSBB allows you to cheat more things also make sure the files reads "0_BG_MOD_jsbb" and doesn't have other numbers in front of it
