He said it would take a week. When someone asked Why it is taking longer than a week, he said it was because of his leg. Then when someone asked a week later about the status, no response. Give me a break.

I'm cleaning up old games and trying to find ones I need to update and things that got abandoned...I found out I had this game which was "end chapter 1 part 1"...which I have no idea where that puts me for in needing to update this. Does that mean I have the download that's separate from chapter 2 or...? For context last time I apparently played this/downloaded this was in 2023

He did it on purpose, because it's not the first time he's done it. As a patreon supporter who has supported him since 2021, I've seen it all.
He'll give you a fake date, and then when the date arrives, he'll claim he needs another week or 7 to 10 days to get it done.
But the end result was that none of the time he promised was ever fulfilled. And now, he's in a state of disappearance.
This thread was created by him, and he could see at any moment how we were exposing him. But repeat offenders are not ashamed.
I wouldn't be so angry if I didn't love the game, but this developer is continually letting people down through his deception.

I recall an exact time just like this where he claimed "just another week" and then disappeared for months. I think he does this because he releases short and incomplete updates that people are unhappy with, so then he says "the rest is coming soon!" to keep people subbing.

nts is knowing and willingly and getting aroused by sharing your love interest with someone else. NTR is unwillingly and sometimes oblivious to that fact.

At a very high level, I think of it as the difference between "giving" and "taking" - NTS is you giving your partner to someone else (you want it to happen), NTR is someone else taking your partner from you (you don't want it to happen).
I don't speak Japanese but as far as I know both of them come from the same etymological root which is being taken away. The one knowingly and enjoyed and the other by cheating.But the element of being taken remains. I personally wouldn't bring the idea of "sharing" here in at all. It has different connotations even if it may be technically correct. Sharing is supposed to be a positive aim and feeling. It has the connotations of caring for others and is connected to open relationships and swinging and being non-possessive (whereas NTS is playing with the feeling and fear of losing her). Giving her like a gift to somebody and doing it for the sake of that other guy - which is something you won't find in Japanese NTS, which concentrates on your own feelings and not the other one's. Using that term excludes all negative and "masochistic" feelings of denial and the risk of loss - and that is what we see exactly in the discussions here, people trying to exclude that from NTS.

True, but people keep adding the netorare tag regardless of whether it's netorare, netorase or netori, which sucks. Wish they were just labelled cuckolding and hotwife instead
…because there are distinct differences. Cuckhold technically refers to the person being cheated on. That can encompass a variety of situations. In practical terms, however, the meaning has morphed into a person who enjoys watching their significant other being plowed by another. It often has aspects of humiliation associated with it as well. That is not Netorare. Netorare is the “taking” of an LI by another through manipulation, seduction, blackmail or impaired judgement. The LI may then come to enjoy the encounter(s). The husband/bf is unaware and does not get sexual gratification from it. Agreed though, these various terms are thrown around a lot and makes it confusing. Don’t think it will ever get resolved.

There has to be a simple way to distinguish between the MC being against the idea of the LI getting plowed by others willingly or unwillingly, vs the MC tolerating/enjoying/encouraging it. That's all I need
