Home -> Kitchen -> Prepare a potion

1. Progress with Lya to unlock the hospital
2. In the hospital, progress with Lena until you meet Nora
3. From there, you can talk to her at the GYM

On the laptop (Home -> Your room -> Laptop) If you click on "Secondary Characters" it will help you to know how to unlock the missing characters
