The lyrics so nail Quinn's attitude: She's haughty, she's full of herself, and that first verse, she's a dish at the restaurant! She's all about crazy experiences, hell she'll taser you in the head for a good time! Plus that borderline posh accent, I can dig that.

For me, this song has always been more associated with Sage, who is finally freed from her toxic relationship with Chad and has begun to make her fantasies come true.
Before the scene, Sage says she's always wanted to try a threesome, but she "didn't get the chance", and the moment Quinn inspires her to "Go for it". For Quinn, this is nothing unusual; for Sage, this is a real breakthrough.
"I go crazy I go all the way" - This line perfectly characterizes Sage at this moment.

We have got a lot of previews from EP10 already, and we never seen MC with a 5-7 days old stubble on any other of them.

But since branching started and I assume the "others" road will split into sub-branches too. There are a lot of clues, that MC can start to commit to one of the SGs and / or some of them starts to request "exclusive" relationships with him, Riona sent this signal, as well as Quinn.

So... this preview looks like a Riona/Quinn sub-branch for me. There're absolutely no reason and sense for MC to talk with Riona regarding his problems (it's very obviously that she cheers him up, not vise versa) in any of MG branches. He have someone to share his problems already in such a case. And since we are back to study and there are no time jumps on a horisont, this looks like a dedicated situative scene.

That's what Mona freaked out about at the preps mansion when she learned how "free" her tuition was going to be. Burke figured out that Maya wasn't a candidate while talking with her so erased her info off of the tuition provision form he was in the middle of completing and then fed her some BS about other ways to pay for school to cover himself with Sage. He wiped Mona's application also when she bailed out; that is why she left school since she didn't have any money to pay tuition after she met with Burke.

He is probably very good at figuring out what girls will and what girls won't, based potentially on recommendations from Quinn and some other recruiters. It doesn't mean that he hasn't got some legit scholarships for favored students (Chad, anyone?) to provide cover when people start asking why only delectable females seem to get all of them. After Mona bailed and he ran the risk of her yapping to someone about the arrangements he was setting up Burke was very careful about having another possible witness (who was familiar with if not friends with) the girl who could make a credible accusation. If two girls went to the press with the same story about his little operation it would be the end of him. Burke could have thrown Sage a bone and given one to Maya, but then he'd get pushback from the hotties who also got one but had to bang his wrinkled old friends for it.

In the newspaper article there's mention of rumours of a "quid pro quo" and Burke admits that the recipients of the scholarship are "put into contact" with the investors but insists that there's no obligations, however from what we know about the restaurant that's unlikely to be true. In return for getting the investors (as well as himself) students to fuck, Burke is likely to receive significant sums of money on top of the scholarships that the investors are paying.
