SO while he has by no means confirmed an episode count or the fact it'll be epilogue heavy. He has said at least 14, with suspicions that season 4 will be different due to the endings.
TIs why I said earlier today the big question for the Q&A is what's the episode count now as if its now definitely the higher end I'd be inclined to agree with you, there's enough time for most if not all the girls. If it's still the lower end well I don't think there is enough time to deal with every girl and then the unanswered questions elsewhere in the narrative.

DPC spends way too much time on pretty much anything, though. Going with this logic Madame Rose will turn out crucial to the game outcome because how much time he sank in that.
