Not sure what is so strange about happen, there two sides of the relationship and the problem is with Josy and Maya who no longer have the same feelings for each other. MC can't make Josy and Maya love each other againIs it really though? Something that bugs be about Josy and Maya love declarations. If they were so in love, why not include MC in their aside conversation at the end of the episode? If he's got such a hold on their hearts, wouldn't they want him to be there for that? Seems a bit strange and quite frustrating to me.

Hey idk if anyone else has mentioned this already, but at least in my playthrough this animation doesn't work properly, anim_quinn_dp_anal_ep8, it's the initial one right after choosing anal in the Sage/Quinn threesome, I've looked at the animation itself where it seems to run as it should, so idk what the issue is? It's not a major issue, but just a minor inconvenience, but it would be nice if it worked
And I've checked it works just fine if I delete your version of it
