I don't see any signs with Jill yet, it looks more like she doesn't suspect anything due to inexperience and sees Bianca's behavior as "friendly", Sage would immediately figure out that this is flirting, because her "friend or foe" system works fine.

Which if not done right, would be pure character assassination for Jill and Bianca.

So the idea of failure states/or defaulting to...what, Josy, seems possible.

Imo it's a combination of both. With the initial shock, yes she's very insecure and it's easy to read something is wrong. After a short time to process it however, she can go back to "outgoing Sage" mode by putting her walls back up again. I've got a feeling that's also what happened after the threesome. I think she first wants to process her own thoughts about it combined with Tremolo's reaction, before she will discuss it with him.

Only when things go extremely wrong she will break, like what happaned in episode 11 when she went completely drunk.
