What in you opinion are the most important aspects of a adult game (besides the porn obviously)

For VNs specifically pacing, pacing and pacing. A wall of boring text or a clumsy edit kills a boner faster then an erotic show named Vegan Pleasures w/ Tybalt Burke.

For more "gammy" games, a balanced reward system, not too easy that it feels unearned or too hard it becomes grindy.

Well, aside from the MC not being violent enough and finishing a fight properly (and getting clocked in the head as a result), I'd say that so far the worst thing that happens is probably the MC getting tazed in the neck and dragged off to be quasi-raped while tied to a chair.
