If we're talking game design, then no. You would boil the decision down to:

1. Have Cake
2. Have Cake and Eat Cake, too

2 is obviously just better than 1, so why bother presenting the decision in the first place?

I've no objection to the MC getting a special scene if he turns down the VIP pass, but it can't be the same scene he'd get for keeping the pass. And ideally it wouldn't involve the Pink Rose at all: if you care that much about strippers, keep the pass and work 10$ harder.

MCs that give back the VIP pass can get a bonus scene in the oldies house.
