The 1.2 GB estimate is based on multiple angle animated scene of EP8 (4 animations in one), about 30-40 MB.
If it's goes most sized like the Maya toboggan (47 MB) or the MC bedroom tour (52 MB) we could be close to 1.8 GB.

For renders the average size could be 780 KB when most complexe can be over 1.2 MB.
The record is 2.4 MB in EP6 during the DnG

There may also be some old material from Seasons 1 and 2 as well. I doubt he'll carry over the gallery animations, but he'll probably include a lot of the old music, for example.

The line itself means that Quinn didn't tell Maya what type of offer it was. Maya's combined sentence is effectively "She said that she might have an offer for me, if I passed the initiation, but not exactly what the offer was for."

In context, the line is meant to suggest Quinn is considering putting Maya on her menu if Maya passes her HOT initiation (with its explicitly sexual tasks). Quinn is hinting at a way for Maya to get free tuition, but she isn't going into the details until she thinks Maya can handle the requirements. Quinn is also waiting until she'd have some incriminating evidence with which to blackmail Maya in the future, since at this point Maya needed to show Quinn the proof from her scavenger hunt.

It's a little weird here. Perhaps from the very beginning Quinn wanted Maya to join the restaurant and earn her free tuition, but over time she changed her mind and began to give specially the most difficult tasks so that Maya did not fulfill them and did not become sister of HOTs .
Quinn in the first episodes tries to raise her emancipation and apparently check how malleable and obedient she is (she kisses her in the pool, she wanted to force her to take part in the CUMpetition and make out with Dik, hinted to MC at the party in episode 4 that Maya is ready to do anything for free tution), but in the second season it seems that she is doing everything so that Maya does not join the HOTs.
Probably the incident with Mona convinced her that it is impossible to blindly and thoughtlessly offer free tution. Apparently, after that trick of Mona, Burke spoke rudely to Quinn, and therefore she decided to play it safe and prevent Maya from becoming a sister of HOTs.
Therefore, she wants to see proof of the task. Here I'm not sure why she needs this video. Or to make sure that Maya did not fulfilled sexy tasks and then to convince others sister to should not be accepted Maya into the HOTs. Or for blackmail. On the other hand, Quinn is clearly surprised that Maya has completed all the tasks from the list.
In fact, if you think about it, it leaves a good maneuver to create an arc of redemption for Quinn. She knew from the very beginning that Maya was not suitable and did everything so that she did not pass the tests and did not join the HOTs.

He never did actually. DPC has been very clear from the beginning of the new dev cycle on communicating that the Interlude is going to be a 'mini episode', 'mini' being the keyword here, he doesn't view it as a standard episode and never did. He said that Season 3 will include the Interlude, Ep. 9, 10, 11, & 12. That is true, but it's more of a '4 episodes + a DLC/bonus' kind of thing rather than 5 episodes, and it has been communicated as such too

Jill's face looks fine as is to me, sometimes her makeup and eyebrows are a little much

When I did a Jill route I couldn't help but have fun with Sage and when I got to episode 8 it was really a hammer blow. To make us choose a girl.
