Even on my "no relationships" run where I do actively anything I possibly can to positively enhance any relationship (and sometimes negatively reduce them), the DIKs are still close and you still join the frat.
You CAN choose to do some pretty mundane shit every so often while being a manwhore, but episode 8 cuts off a lot of the latter and the former seems to be pretty sporadic.
