Lilly is probably smarter than anyone around her. She is not it.

I was more leaning on the evidence, I have not seen the nerds during the tests leaving their table. But I've seen Ashley do it, which is one of the reasons I said she could be it.
Dawe is as thick as a brick even if he cheat. He would still fail. From Bella's surprise look during the marking of the tests. I think it should be a student that usually do well. That excludes Dawe immediately. Its Sally usually probably used all those cheats Magnar collected over time and now that she is most likely shunned by him. She does not have that anymore. Now she is trying everything to help herself out including cheating. I highly doubt she was ever super smart.
But the cheat sheet was in the room the MC was in and not in another room. Even if Sally did retake the class, why would the cheat be in a room she is not in?

And that's points even more to Ashley for me. She is usually on top of Bella's class together with Lily and Derek. And we've heard that Lily is too smart to need cheats, Derek does not actually cheat and that dumbass is actually a genius because he can memorize everything.
Does not mean there was just one exam. Usually here when one group leaves another group takes the exam.
No the Cheat sheet was in the toilet, the Male toilet in fact, so again another hole in the Sally theory, probably a hole in any of the cheaters being girls
That is the thing what would be the point for the plot if that was the case. Its a big waste of story if Ashley was the cheater. I highly doubt that. Also Bella said Ashley is a top student after marking the tests
And I'm asking for the evidence. I'm not denying the possibility, I just want the evidence. MC ended in the exact same room for both tests, proven if you actually use the cheat. Sally was not there in any of the circunstances
The toilet is the same for everyone in that classroom male or female and it's actually INSIDE the classroom. There's two doors on that room, one is the exit/entrance and the other is the bathroom. I think you need to look at the scene again.
She was top of her class. Not top of the score board for the tests. Those two things don't necessarely goes hand to hand, plus if Ashley is a cheater, it would explain why she is in the top of her class anyways.
