If I wanted to replay chapters 8-11 and onward up to a dozen times, I wouldn't have mentioned my desire for a mod merging playthroughs.
This game is awful for replay value. As soon as you've done your first DIK/CHICK run, you've seen 95% of the content. Why would any player want to redo the same conversations, the same minigames, the same freeroam sections, over and over again, when they are practically identical from playthrough to playthrough?
It's not fun to redo all this shit, playing for literal hours, just to get 2 scenes more. Hence me mentioning how nice a route-merging mod would be.
You are trying to fix an open knife-wound type of problem with a bandaid type of solution and trying to pretend that it's a fix that works just fine.

I am giving you bandaid options because no one is going to create a mod and maintaining due to DPC hating/disliking mods.
Let me give you the reason why, search up why my game is not working on this thread, see how many hits you get. Now imagine every update, your game crashes because now you have to rely on having that mod.

Wrong, and there is even a counter for that ingame, after a full playthrough you have seen roughly 60% of the game... but well, keep talking smack and mod the game if you dont care.

And the replay value is basically the highest of all VN here because different paths do matter (well regarding the girls of course)

Depending on whose routes and characters are on your path, you can see just about all of the Thanksgiving party goers transformed in one way or another (but not all in the same playthrough). Add to that events like seeing Santa’s sleigh (alone at the docks) and the rare ufo encounter, there is actually much to see!

Oh, I need to replay the ones I've already taken past the thanksgiving party.

I really hope somebody makes some sort of route-merging mod.
I'm not gonna play the game 12 fucking times, just to get all the routes and scenes.
Shit has gotten insane. Can't even bang all the stripper-girls on one run anymore.

There could be a potential future where some, if not all, girls branch ones more: Josy and Maya throuple vs. either Josy or Maya after they've split up. Bella solo, Jill solo, Bella and Jill throuple etc etc.

I was fine with Josy before her identity crisis.

It was good that she didn't have “problems” like the other GMs. What's more, it was more or less necessary in the story because Maya had a problem that took up a lot (too much) of space.

Now we all get the impression that DPC has created “problems” for her just because the MC's girlfriend needs to have problems, and with Maya's solved, it's Josy's turn.

She could very well decide to do what she does (blogging, fashion,...) without going through an existential crisis. Instead of having Josy become a problem for the throuple, we could have something interesting about how the throuple will function from now on:

- Josy and Maya are a couple (they were before the arrival of the MC), now that they don't have to hide, how they're going to behave in public, how they're going to deal with it (plus it could also be useful in the route where the MC isn't with her).

- how do they integrate the MC into their relationship?

I think there was enough to keep Josy, Maya and the MC busy without having to go through Josy's identity crisis.

It's noticeable that it's her turn now, because even on the most successful Throuple run she:
-loses feelings for Maya
-Experiences stronger feelings for MC
-Feels unhappy in any case.
No matter how the player balances Throuple, drama with their breakup seems inevitable (permanent or temporary - we don't know yet)

Yep, Big reason why I'm considering doing an others "feelings for Maya" palythrough. Josy fell off so hard as a character for me this lasts few episodes, not even threesomes with Maya can save her. Also, if Josy were to break up with Maya only for the latter to get with MC it would be hilarious to me.

Maybe it's an Aussie thing, but If I call someone Buddy, I'm being nice. So, it's not necessarily a bad thing.

Josy didn't become a problem for the throupe, the problem for the throuple is the same problem it's always had the relationship of Josy and Maya being very pool. Personally I don't think Josy's crisis is anything new it was always headed here sure maybe DPC could had done better but I love where Josy headed. The throuple as always been weak because they make about MC not not all 3 of them, Josy and Maya don't focus on each other they always say we need to be honest with each other we need to talk they never do. Maya is more comfortable with MC and Josy prefers being alone with MC and feels love with him. A lot people say with the loan and Patrick out of the way they can focus on each other the problem with that Patrick wasn't there 99.98% and is very easy to met so I find it very to believe things will get better, maybe being balance could save it but at this point got to wonder if it can be save
