Lily her story has more depth. I'll probs go back and do a nicole run though to make MC an early daddy
I honestly like Nicole more, she is chill and mostly drama-free compared to most girls (until the baby-daddy gets in the picture - if DPC ever makes her a proper LI that is)

Well, I'm still playing the various paths of the main girls, but I can already tell that the level of hype about the events of this episode does not match reality. Of all the BADIK episodes I've played, this one must be the most messy and irregular in terms of narrative pacing.

The feeling I had after the first two runs was the equivalent of being on a bridge, two steps away from reaching the other side, only to discover that this same bridge was not finished or did not lead anywhere. For me, it gives the impression of plausible but unlikely narrative solutions being thrown out there in order to resolve plots whose true resolution will only come much later, which in itself contradicts the title and proposed approach.

It's definitely a filler episode, even though it was announced all year long as an episode with violent and inescapable consequences that would change the entire universe of the story (at least that was the impression I had with a title like "paradigm shift"). It was not; even the most anticipated events left the feeling, ironically, of coitus interruptus.

Positive points?
1) The Tybalt scenes & Derek's flying finger! Gods, how I laughed at these two scenes!!
2) The focus on delving deeper into the emotions and tribulations of some of the characters' parents, humanizing them more.
3) The use of a different animation style during Quinn's childhood flashback.
4) Sally!! Finally a little more of Sally!! Very little... almost nothing!!! But it was worth it.

Despite everything, BADIK is still an AVN that entertains me, it has several interesting characters and although its story already shows signs of wear and tear and its narrative structure, the level of fun provided still pleases me. I'll keep playing and trying to keep my expectations real low.
10th wasnt a filler?

Something that I completely overlooked when I played this episode for the first time is that Tybalt is getting a letter as well at the end of the episode. At first it didn't stood out to me but this time it sticked to my mind. Tybalt was never involved in any capacity so far when it came to the drama surrounding the letters but now he is.

Ant's letter was about Ashley being with Derek. Chad's letter was most likely about his secret with Troy. Dawe's letter ... who cares? But what is Tybalt's letter about?

Any ideas?

Since he gets the letter no matter which path you play, it can't be MC having sex on his bed or the pumpkin prank. MC pissing on his bed is also unlikely since those pictures are already spread all over campus. MC having sex with his mom (Jade) is also not possible since he gets the letter no matter what, even if MC declined Jade.

The second thing that stood out for me during my second playthrough of the whole game was that it either never got revealed or that I missed it what Mel's and Sarah's secret is when it comes to Chad. It's obviously not an affair. Did I miss it when that got revealed or do we have no clue so far?

Coincedentally the Tybalt issue came up a couple of days ago as well, and many ideas were said, but nothing is known yet. It could be something like the moosehead being stolen (although Derek and the DIKs have shown it in clucks many time already), photographic proof that Derek turned on the sprinkler, proof of the preps visiting the DIK Halloween party (to create an internal conflict) to about anything else.

About Mel's and Sarah's secret: We do know that they knew about Chad being gay and maybe even about his relationship with Troy. I don't think however that this is the only secret they were talking about, but it very well could be.

Maybe he has jerked himself standing next to Jill while she was sleeping? I wouldn't really put it past him.

Although both things should've made him angry/terrified, but he doesn't look that way.

Being a DIK - Video enhancement mod

This mod overwrites the native 30fps animations of the game with interpolated 60fps animations.

how ? Thanks to deep-learning processes, trained predictive models can interpolate one "fake" frames next to each native frame.

The result gives a smooth effect on each animations.

Here are some previews of what you can expect ( )

Season 1 + 2 : Mega ;
Season 3 Interlude + episode 11 : ; Mega

I didn't inspect each animation in depth , so feel free to report any flaws you find (bugs, video artifacts...)

Well.. Yeah. Using AI to up the fps count doesn't take long, at all, when you compare it to having to render out each frame. So say, for DPC, it takes 2 minutes to render out one frame. 30 frames a second etc etc. So one second of an animation would be one hour. A 20 second animation, naturally, being 600 frames. So on and so forth. These things creep up and up.

However, the AI does not make things from scratch. Nor does it render in the sense that most frames are rendered. It is simply a logic puzzle of saying "This pixel is this colour here, therefore, in the next frame it will be this colour there." and inserts extra frames that connect the first and second frames together. So it doesn't deal with ray traced lighting, nor texture size or model poly density - So it will get to work quickly.
