Tastes vary. My view is that they're fine if you're just playing one or two paths, but if you're wanting to see everything, they're annoying and repetitive since you can't skip them (unless you turn them off entirely for a run - in which case money can run tight in places).
My suggestion would be to play with them enabled at least once and then make an informed decision.

I must say one of the small things that was very cool about this episode, was how different activities chosen for the party could give you significant variations of the small scenes like

Given what's happened so farand DPC's fondness for the bait and switch, it's likely Priscilla is Quinn. Given the end of Ep11 and what Quinn is doing I'd guess that we will open on a flash back to the other side of that convo and what was then said in the office.
