Siding with Chad will result in slightly different scene/dialogue during HOTs party in episode 7 and different message from him on episode 11 but that's it. Nothing significant so you can do as you feel like, result is the same.

Is there a way to change the background music during scenes? Most of the latest episode scenes has really bad default music.

No checks yet, but we were collecting negative points for both the Jocks and Preps, and with the Revenge of the Nerds incoming this may account for something. I mean for some reasons we are also collecting positive and negative Derek points, and I have no clue why.

It wouldn't be the first time where some variables were never used or their significance was low. Any potential checks related with revenge of the nerds will result in just slightly different dialogues maybe but that's it. Being hostile with Jocks is part of the story, all nerds actions as well and grand finale also will be scripted. There are too many threads and variables already to DPC make significantly different paths based on frats relation.

I haven't really seen anywhere in the game where anyone has taken any animosity towards 'the nerds' except for Derek giving a wedgie to one and then getting his ass kicked by said 'nerd'.

And on that point, I think it was bad writing to have the option for Magnar to take the wedgie for $$ but for the game not to allow it because you had to take Rusty's deal at the strip joint and leave with no money, I couldn't end the scene without taking his deal, so therefore when you meet with Magnar in the library you haven't got any money.

There’s his nerd room mate that you can throw pee at in retaliation after he gets mad at Derek for chatting with Karen. There’s also the creep who’s probably the one responsible for taking the locker pictures of Cathy that you can kick into a dorm room when you catch him watching two ppl fucking. I’m also guessing that whether or not you end up hooking up with Sally will make some sort of difference.

Also the DIKS stole their drone when you recon the preps during hell week.

I assume that the tri betas motivation for all this shit is rooted in them getting bullied and not getting invited to any parties by the other groups.
