What is the difference between v0.20c light and v0.20a dark in terms of content..which one have more content?

(I know the basic difference is skin colour apart from that)

there is no difference at all, the version difference occurred because the dev released v0.20a dark skin after all the bugs from v0.20a light skin were resolved (v0.20c light skin no longer has any bugs)
