Same thing happens with Texture_Replacer-1.0.8 and XUnity Auto Translator 5.4.4.
Also BepInEx was failing to chainload without this: UnityLogListening = false

try turnoff the anti-virus.
some games obfuscate their "global-metadata.dat" file, which causes BepInEx to fail to load.
