Nothing was removed or censored. Oh and all these clichés meaning incest, I feel like you are too far gone if that is your thought process.
This game doesn't haven't incest, the dev has stated this game doesn't have incest and never will. It isn't just because of some censorship.
The guy who made the patch admitted to having to rewrite some code, why would he have to rewrite code, if incest was intended.
Look I love incest games as much as the next guy, but it's not here and there is no resson to try to force something that is not there and never will be for the intended story.

Wholeheartedly agree. Even as a lover of incest tag, I find the incest fanmod in this game arbitrary and forced after trying it. The relationship between MC and Lucy's family is very similar to that in Eternum, and the dynamics between them aren't that incest-y. Not every harem game needs incest to spice it up; some games like BH work smoothly without it.
