Same here. Endless loading on joyplay and error missing files on maldives.

So, you need to change unicode in WinRar app to japanese, and now it works. Didn't know there was this function, like on pc.

Maybe the thing is in japanese locale for region (In control panel) Win+R, type control go there to "Region", change system locale - Japanese, reboot, try again with zip
edit: it works.
