This was announced.
Neither the savegames from the legacy version work (for obvious reasons, it's a different game), nor the ones from v0.2, because some content at the start of the game was changed.
You'll catch more spiders when the time comes, since the "end reward" (once the quest is finished) varies, it's not always the same scene.
Waiting for full route on Eric real friendship and fake one and hostile. I hope the dev will do all of the eric routes. We already got huge vanilla content on the original game. I am not saying ditch the vanilla content but please dont forget the Eric routes.
the original also has huge ntr content and then there is the remake which also is creating new ntr content with eric.
Big Brother in space also has lots of people turning away from it cause of ntr.
So you already have plently of stuff in BB universe to entertain yourself.
Just let the man do his stuff at his own pace, how he wants to do it.

Other than the previous BIBOAS version, the rebuild will only have one route with Eric.
The games mentioned in the previous post might be more to your liking.

I need help I am playing the rebuild from the beginning but I am unable to buy Alice's book and the second camera for the bathroom. Is the game bugged? I am also not getting any update to ask Lisa if she is friends with Olivia.

Open the quest journal. Hover your mouse over the ladder task.
Same for the others.
... or just read the forum and the answer that other people with the same question got.

Wait so this game will only have an alpha route? Or by one route do you mean one route other than alpha? Like either fake friend or real friend? Also has aleksey confirmed this himself?
I read the task list. It says buy a camera. But the store has no camera. Same for Alice's book.

War path and one path as Erics playmate.
While I didn't read this myself from Aleksey directly, others who are in closer contact to Aleksey, did and I have no reason not to believe them. There's no point in having two puppy routes, if most players don't play either.

Was there any difference between the two friendship paths in the previous game?

What they have in common: Both didn't get finished.
The (planned) difference: In fake friendship, Max would pretend to be Erics friend and work behnd his back to get him kicked out. In the other path Eric would betray him and try to get rid of him, with the result of getting kicked out himself in the end.
Some story scenes would differ, also some lewd scenes, but I didn't really look into it, wasn't interested in either path.
In the original game, the fake friend path was the easier way to play the game than the war path, since Eric on would constantly work against Max if Max told him to screw himself, lowering Max' influence on the girls all the time. Since the War path in BBAS was not as heavy on grinding as in the original, this path basically lost its reason to exist.
So let me get this straight...
A "Remake" story but none of the parts ever got completed. So far, as far as the path I went, you can only have actual vaginal sex with "neighbor"/aunt/Kira which is frankly ridiculous for the amount so stuff you have to do with the others compared to her and yet the rewards for your actual housemates are all just ridiculously dull.
There has to be an end for all...There has to be...
