Since its a renpy game, there are two folders. The one in appdata/renpy is the one most renpy use as the save directory and one in the "renpy game"/game folder.
So copy the save to those both folders should do the trick

Can not start the game, even the compressed version. I can see the loading screen open and closing and thats all.

You have to press load and then choose the save 1-3 from the first page. Pressing continue usually loads the last autosave or the last manual save.
What kind of NTR is in the game? Does the MC gets "cheated" on too? What would be perfectly fine for me, just asking ;-)
