By adding new content, does this mod make this game stop being a "blue balls simulator"? I remember that this game is grind heavy where the fap content was very small, did the creator of this mod change anything to make it worth grinding? Longer scenes with dirt talk maybe?

The original part of the game remains as grindy as it was.
The modded part of the game is more focused on the story, so there is almost no grinding there. As for fap content - there is a lot of it. The relationships between the characters had gone pretty far in the end of the original game, so the dev could have simply moved on to sexual content in the mod.

Why don't you be the one to write it?
You can use the guide from the original game for the first (grindy) half of the game.

I would like to, but this game has already overwhelmed me. I don't remember which version I played, but I remember that I got to the point where I couldn't get rid of Eric while playing with walkthrough and I gave up. Probably because of some bugs. Then I rip CG and decided that it's not worth grinding so much for those few scenes. But I think I can try again when I find patience, a lot of it

Many players have already completed v2, so the build is fine, I guess. All bugs reported by players have been fixed. Although there's no limit to perfection...

Python code? This game is not made in Ren'Py. And I doubt that the mod you linked to is written in Python.

The cheat mod is written in C. I am saying I can't even read python let alone another programming language.
