You will never see it in the vanilla game. You get to see him fuck Ann and if you allow it he will also fuck Kira that you can watch but for me I never let him touch any other girl in the house but for his GF Ann.

You want this just go get a mod for it in the mod section.

You can use ikura's mod to get rid of eric by starting a war against him and also can change others dependence on other charecters.
