Like it's saying on the second error message, you need the RPG VX Ace RTP installed to be able to play, since you don't have that it gives an error since the game cant find the required files to be able to run. Download the correct one, install and start again from here:

okay I need help with episode 3. I've saved Mei Mei. Got the luxurious mushroom, a key from the chiefs house (I can't return after being caught twice.) I have no idea where I need to go next or what to do. I can't enter the temple because I don't have a 'tribute' and I can't give the mushroom to the mushroom guy in a house that clearly wants it.
We lost a good one, but it's better than just ghosting us for god knows how long, at least with this there may be a chance they will come back

NVM the archive seem to be broken and missing several images throughout the games
I've come this far but I can't seem to continue the story. Please help me. Btw this is the first game
Can someone help me figure this out? I tried playing the 3rd game and every time I get to the island it received an error saying it was missing a picture in graphics. I translated it, figured out what image it was referencing and copy pasted the name it was looking for. Then the character walks five steps only to receive another error. How do I fix the game looking for japanese file names? Can I get a download of the correctly named graphics? Because this is more hassle then it's worth.

You need to have japanese locale set when extracting the game zip (or was it rar?). Alternatively, run your rar/zip program with locale emulator.
Normally this isn't required, but whoever packaged and shared it had japanese locale set at the time, ruining everyone's day.
