We wait because we´ll have a chance from BA to not delate another character. I prefer a lot to wait 2 weeks or more, and still see variety instead to have just 2 or 1 characters even if is Tia (my favorite one)
It does not make any sense, because most of who want to get BA sets are waiting with you. BA not getting any additional money, because most of his "fanbase" pay for initial release and the rest wait for two weeks to get sets from here or other sites.
If 100 people know it would distributed in two weeks, some of them would buy, sure. But most wont, it would be 10 people of 100 who will pay, and after two weeks share it. Other 90 will wait and get it for free.
This is why no matter how many of us wait - he still removes models because "two weeks" means nothing, no one pays. I do not know who came up with this "two weeks" bs, but he\she was not very bright to begin with.
The 2 week rule has been something that's been around for many many years, and originally it was a way to show a little respect to the author because it was a time period that still allowed them to get money from their work and to allow them to continue making stuff.
The 2 week rule doesn't always apply and many seem to think it's just so those who did buy it can hog it and keep it to themselves a little longer and to piss people off, when it was actually there for the author to make a little more money.
glad someone brought it up, this two week thing is such a weird cope that someone seemed to have made up for some godforsaken reason.

Remember when a Tia set got leaked early and we haven't seen her for over a year? The two week courtesy is there for a reason. It's not like it'll be the end of the world if nothing happens for two weeks.
I feel like guys like you havent been in these circles as long as most of us. So kindly stop talking and wait because I guarantee you that every time you beg or complain the person that would share is going to wait for longer.
what an interesting ritual to uphold, but hey as long as it works out for you. If Blackadder somehow is petty enough that he'd just nuke a model because people who never would have paid for the stuff got it one week earlier then that's even more funny.

No shit, because these brainless beggars do the same thing everytime a new set comes out. Beg for someone to release the new set, bitch about how the two week rule don't make any sense, and bitch about how its been more than two weeks, when they incentivized the people who actually bought the set to leak it later, due to their bitching.
And during times when BA has only three fucking models, it's especially crucial we all understand he's that close to retiring. So why not insult them to get it through their heads?

You truly do not understand. Imagine being a musician, releasing music, and within a week it's leaked. There goes your incentive to make more. The wait is a respectful courtesy to encourage more sets and more CONSISTANCY. But I get it, you need your fap and you need it now.
That literally happened. Someone was upset they paid for Tia 06 so they leaked it within 48hours and then Tia was gone even though there are more store commissions of her (and even a few private full set commissions) than any other model. Go to BA website, find Tia 06, look at the date, then scroll to the present. BA went on hiatus and became a commission only creator for 5 months before he created a public set. On top of that, Tia has been rarely used since. So this isn't something that "hey, works for someone to make them feel happy".
So many of you are new to BA and clearly haven't seen the ups and downs which lead to his fans trying to be courteous. Should he try new business methods? Absolutely. Is he? No. So we gotta work with what we have and know. Support the artist instead of being so selfish you bite the hand that feeds you. Yall be cool tho. Cheers to the OG fans who have been around.
