Please Can I play Android or anyway?
There's no official version yet but many report they can play using JoiPlay! Just make sure to use plugin version 8.3.2 as that is the version people mention to work best.

At some point I would like to look into better Android support but it's low in the list of priorities.

I won't lie- I was pretty unhappy about the remake, especially being that production of new content ended right on a big cliffhanger. I think the new product is much better than the already very good story previously written and im happy to see the quick release schedule. I'll be interested in seeing how a new character changes the story.
I could even be compelled to say it was worth it, eventually.

what day are we at in this endless 2 week loop? is there an update soon?
There is three possibilities.

1. He has found a stable business strategy and he knows the cow is giving milk. No amount of wining will change his strategy now.
2. He is buying himself time, and he's working on the real 0.6 update (or even higher) as he keeps his customers in heat for the game. After all his two weeks releases done, he'll continue with the story with same pace as he does now. (that would be the best strategy in his situation)
3. The remake was never done in the first place, and now he has to keep the lie alive until it becomes the reality. I cannot even imagine the stress my guy has if this is the case haha.

Anyway, from his point of view, those stable two weeks releases is the best he can do now. He said this before this game is just some kind of side project for him. Working full time + development can be really stressful.

This is most likely the closest to reality.

my guess, after 0.5.2 he found a new ai toy and started playing with it in parallel of 0.6 dev > after a 2 month in 0.6 dev time, he made the decision to change to the new toy > people on this site started insulting him daily cause they didn't get their drug fix in time > tori got demoralize with everyone shitting on him and basically made no work for 6 month, feeling no passion for his project in that environment > finally decided fuck it and try again, sticking to a two week updates (both for himself and others)
