Very well told story, maybe a bit confusing for some, but still feel you put in emotion and feeling. It nice to see the MC is very loved by the women around him. I'm very interested in how he can manage it all to be with his ex, his new love and his new love's daughter and still give much love to his mom. Thanks for this wonderfull mixed up love story with some hot sex scenes.

Seems like this is a "free for all" kinda game i.e. we have hitherto seen cheating (his boss / his ex-gf) and group sex. MC will obviously fuck every female in this game and dreams about gangbangs etc.
So yes - he either has banged women in a relationship (his ex) or is about to (his coworker).
Mom and his co-worker's daughter are singles as far as we know so not NTR/NTS there.
