As someone who has been down the 100% clear guide path you will find a few of these, they are known, and they have been distinctly left in the game by the dev despite people mentioning them repeatedly. The fact they all revolve around 1 character either directly or by connection to that location and she has several unique reactions to loops or player actions she should have no awareness of it is all likely connected to the overarching plot and not a series of coincidental bugs.

Oh ok, that's interesting. I guess at least there is some confirmation of the intentionality of it, rather than it just being a dumb bug (which I'm far more used to on this site).

I know the feeling, I'm the kind of guy who winces in pain whenever I see Haily.

It's kept me from this game for years.

But that really, really, was a mistake, because this game has a horrible UI and chugs with all the triggers and flags that are going on, but it's incredibly engaging and rich in detail in every way that connects game and story in way that can only come from someone who loves their work.

Trying to see how many and which achievements and corruption breaks I can do at once, so that I fit as many as possible into one run has been incredibly rewarding. And the shit happening at high corruption levels and multiple repeats of the same actions has been nothing short of amazing.
