Incubus City is great if you're into impregnation and more of a sandbox-y gameplay.
Gateway is a very well made isekai with a good plot-to-porn ratio.

Yeah, .sexe is really good...and...also appears to be abandoned as well or at least in development hell (smurg, please!).

Other than the ones you guys have listed there's A Spell for All which has some good writing, albeit with some very frustrating "needle in a haystack" gameplay.

Yeah I have played pretty much every html game on here including spell for all but the gameplay issues are why I would not fully recommend it. A lot of games have a couple issues that can put people off. Games with weird UI, tedious gameplay, confusing content requiring a walkthrough, etc.

Those are both decent. Incubus City is kind of a roguelite VN game which is neat. Gateway I think can get a bit tedious at times. There is such a thing as too much content. There are so many characters in that game it can be quite annoying to keep track of everything but there are some good quality of life UI elements that help to keep track of it.
