The docs Victoria sends to the MC tell us that Henry was 19 in 2016, in 2029 he entered the first gen augment program. Victoria entered the second gen program as a teen, at least 13yrs old. The first gen program was ended after the Treaty of Hiroshima was signed, but no date is given for that. Let's assume the second gen program was started very soon after the first ended. The last date given in those docs is Sept. 2029 when Henry was deployed to Shenyang. So let's assume that treaty was signed no earlier than 2030 and the second gen program begins that same year. That means when our story begins in 2042 Victoria is at least 24-25yrs old (Henry is 44-45).
