First dungeon has MC as a futa, so it's not really avoidable, but hard to say for the future as the only named male was genderbent and there is a prostitution ring in the downtown that may or may not be relevant. Outside of that the only males been ones who are ghosts possessing others.

I'd say it's avoidable in the sense that you can just avoid all the H-scenes that involve the futa-turned protag, and it's not THAT difficult to do so.
